Due to limited conditions, we only tested SONY / SAMSUNG / LG TVs produced after 2018. The control function of the remote control on the device or TV will vary depending on the device. You can refer to the test list above.

FAQ
(1) What should I do if I can’t use the HDMI switch?
First, check whether the power light and signal light are on, and if the power light and signal light are blue, it means there is power and signal access. Secondly, use a shorter HDMI cable to test, the input and output bus length should preferably not exceed 3M, and make sure it is a Premium-certified HDMI cable. Or lower the resolution of the TV or projector and try again.
(2) What should I do if the PS5 or XBOX one x does not work well with the switcher?
PS5, XBOX ONE X is HDMI 2.1 device, and this switcher is HDMI 2.0, you can manually reduce the output resolution of the 2, or connect them directly to the port1 or port2 of the TV(port1/port2 of the TV Usually default is HDMI2.0 port)
(3) If one port does not work, what should I do?
First, move this device to other ports to test it, or the input and output HDMI cables on this device become shorter, the bus length preferably not more than 3M, then test it again

How to choose the HDMI cable to match our ARC HDMI SWITCHER?
To improve compatibility, we recommend using oxygen-free copper HDMI cable. We can use a multimeter to check the quality of the HDMI CABLE. If the cable length is 2M, the resistance value is greater than 5 ohms, then transmitting 4K signal, there is a possibility of black screen or flicker. Our own MROCIOA 2M-long HDMI cable, with PROM certification, has a resistance value of less than 1 ohm and performs very well.
How long does our switch support?
Again, we can’t support HDMI CABLES that are too long. We recommend HDMI CABLES that are less than 2 meters long to ensure a good user experience.
