Enhanced IR remote control
- Can I connect multiple televisions? —This HDMI Switch only supports connecting to one TV.
- Is this HDMI switch bi-directional? —No. Only supports 5 device inputs and one TV output.
- Why doesn’t my ARC work? —This feature is quite complex, pls carefully read the ARC function description in Listing.
- Test Aduio system/ TV support ARC. Connect the TV and Audio system directly. Audio system sound output is normal.
- Connect the HDMI SWITCH output port to the ARC port of the TV. Most projectors and monitors do not have ARC ports, so they do not support ARC functionality.
- HDMI SWITCH port 1 is connected to the audio system. The Audio system includes Soundbar and audio power amplifier that support ARC functionality.
- Hdmi switch box switches to port 1.
- Set TV sound output to ARC. At this point, you can hear the sound output from the audio system.
- If you switch to ports 2-5 of HDMI SWITCH, there may be no sound output to the audio system, and you need to manually switch the TV sound output to the TV speakers. At this time, the HDMI SWITCH2-5 port can not output sound to ARC device(soundbar or audio power amplifier).
- Does NOT support Sonos ARC/e ARC. NOT support Projector and monitor in ARC mode because they lack built-in ARC.
- Not support Sonos ARC/e ARC device.
- Hdmi cable < 2M.Use high-quality HDMI 2.1 cables.

Connect to Audio system ( Not Support Sonos ARC / e ARC )
- Recommend switching to port 1 in ARC mode
- Pls refer ARC Function Issue & ARC Function Setting
- Due to the complexity of the ARC protocol, we have only tested some devices. —It cannot be guaranteed that all devices can output sound to channel 1 through HDMI SWITCH 2-5 channels.— If it does not work as expected, please switch directly to channel 1 to use the ARC function.— At this time, only the sound output from the TV can be received, and channels 2-5 of the HDMI switch will not be able to output signals.

When the device is reinserted or restarted, Switch can automatically switch to this channel in auto switch mode. When the device is unplugged or turned off, Switch cannot switch to other channels. Auto key can on/off the automatic switching function
1. Play station: Enter Power off > 30 second or Standby > 1 minute auto switch work.
2. XBOX auto switch work Setting: General –> Power options –> Actice Shutdown(energy saviing) –> Choose Turn off console. If your XBOX cannot automatically switch, please follow this setting.
3. Nintendo Switch: Enter Sleep,auto switch work immediately.
4. XBOX(Sleep mode)/APPLE TV/FIRE TV auto switch invalid.
The remote control can directly control your tv box’s Play/Pause/Prev/Next. It can control the volume of Sony/Samsung TV/ audio system. It can’t replace the remote of all devices. We have tested APPLE TV/FIRE TV/SONY DVD/SONY TV/PS,works well
1. Everyone’s trouble: Black screen or flickering. Must use longer Hdmi cables.

3. When you encounter a black or flashing screen, press the MODE key to get better results.

2. Adjust the resolution of the device.
3. PS5/XBOX SERIES X is recommended to be plugged into hdmi switch port 1 or 2.
